What is a Sewing TheraBee Session?

According to the dictionary definition, a Sewing Bee is “a small informal social gathering based around the activity of making or mending clothes or other things with a needle and thread.“

For our purpose, a Sewing TheraBee session is about creating a sense of community, getting out and about, and mixing with people whilst being creative, learning and having fun.
