Make Fabric Boutique is modern fabric shop selling, jersey fabrics, dressmaking fabrics and patterns, modern haberdashery items, kits and gifts and a large button selection. We also sell Brother Sewing machines.

The workshop space runs sewing workshops, beginners dressmaking to more advanced dressmaking. Other workshops include crochet, arm knitting, knitting, weaving,  button jewellery making.
